This all started decades ago in basements with beer kits, but then life got in the way. Stay tuned for updates about a tasting room in Swarthmore and when to start looking for our beer at Delaware County bars and restaurants, farmer's markets, and local events.
Recipes tweaked for years, special yeast strains from the yeast professor, brewed in small batches. We have only one rule, we will never serve you a small beer.
All of our time and energy is going towards finding a location, refining our recipes and working on a new canning system. Hope to have more events in the future so please check back soon.
